New Format for Mindset Monday — Live + Actionable
We’re excited to bring Mindset Monday to life with a new weekly rhythm designed to build momentum and community.
Starting this week, join us every Monday at 11AM ET for a 30-minute live call:
- First 15 minutes: Mindset Calibration for a guided reset to start your week with intention
- Second 15 minutes: Community Exercise to walk through our “Reflect, Discover, Execute” framework together, each week
Then, come back every Friday for a quick check-in to report back, share wins, and stay accountable with your cohort.
This isn’t just about thinking differently. It’s about doing differently—together.
Partner Spotlight
Last week we also welcomed a new Talent Partner, Pam from RCCL (Royal Caribbean)! Pam primarily focuses on roles within RCG Health, Supply Chain (SPC), Safety, Security & Environment (SSE), Legal, Risk Management, and Human Resources for the RCCL Shoreside team based in Miami, FL. I am currently based in Mexico City, and I very much enjoy spending time with my cats and engaging in outdoor activities. Please keep an eye out for Pam's updates and hiring posts!
